Shipping & Delivery
The shipment of a standard sized package is between €5 - €30, which varies by destination country.
In order to calculate the exact delivery fee please provide your shipping address in checkout.
For all deliveries we cooperate with DPD, TNT and DHL services and provide you the tracking number after the pick-up.
Packages arrive between 5-10 business days upon shipment.
Free delivery thresholds also varies by countries.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is updated. You will also be able to track your order by following the instructions in your confirmation email.
Taxes, Duty and Import fees
Customers are responsible for all duty, taxes, VAT, and import fees based on the shipping address, if applicable. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are due at the time of delivery.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Pinetime HQ.
